Risch, Idaho Falls Leaders to Cut Ribbon on New Office

U.S. Senator Jim Risch, Idaho Falls Mayor Jared Fuhriman and other community and business leaders will be on hand Friday, March 5 for the ribbon cutting of Risch’s new Idaho Falls regional office. Both Risch and Fuhriman will give brief remarks during the 4:00 pm ceremony at 901 Pier View Drive, Suite 202A in Idaho Falls. The public and media are invited to attend.

The Idaho Falls Regional office covers eight counties—Bonneville, Butte, Clark, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison and Teton—as well as portions of a ninth—Custer, excluding the Sawtooth National Recreation Area.

June 17: Taste of Idaho – Check out southeast Idaho’s premier annual culinary-tasting event! Hosted by the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce.

July

July 16: The Great Race for Education at Snake River Landing & Business After Hours – Snake River Landing is partnering with Eastern Idaho Technical College in this exciting annual event where teams compete in physical challenges for a chance to win HUGE prizes, while also providing scholarship opportunities for EITC students.  The event will kick-off and end at Snake River Landing; all are invited to attend the finale celebration at the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber Business After Hours, to be held on Pier View Drive.

August 21: The Heart of Idaho Century Ride – The second annual Idaho Falls century ride featuring family activities and entertainment. Sponsored by The Art Museum of Eastern Idaho, Snake River Landing, CH2M Hill, EIRMC, Melaleuca, Monsanto and Bill’s Bike Shop.

September 18: Harvest Fest – Join Snake River Landing as they host the fifth annual Harvest Fest! Live entertainment, straw maze, craft and food vendors and more! The largest event of the year!

October 29: Trick-or-Treat Street – Snake River Landing is hosting the fourth annual Trick-or-Treat Street on Halloween. Bring your kids to a fun and safe environment where they can receive sweet treats, play games and more! Sponsored by Riverbend Communications with KBEAR, KLCE, Z103 and The Hawk.

December 3: A Christmas Stroll – Snake River Landing and Ecliptic Marketing & Consulting present the 2nd Annual “A Christmas Stroll” at Snake River Landing. This traditional holiday event brings together the best sights, sounds and smells of Christmas with horse-drawn carriage rides, delicious food and live holiday music.

Hard Hat Woodfire Grill presents the hottest New Year’s Eve party, starting at 9 pm!
