Hard Hat Steakhouse & Grill Announce Kick-Off

Construction on the new Hard Hat Steakhouse & Grill has begun and a press conference has been scheduled for September 26 at 11 am in front of their building site on the corner of Pier View Drive and Snake River Parkway.

The new restaurant is approximately 10,000 square feet and will boast first and second floor dining, banquet rooms, and will hold approximately 400 guests. Known for their thick and juicy cuts of prime rib, big hearty steaks and a large selection of sea food, Hard Hat’s newest restaurant will continue to focus on amazing food and excellent customer service.

Snake River Landing Seeking “Coats For Kids”

With the cold winter nearing, Snake River Landing is partnering with Pacific Empire Radio, Head Start, Eastern Idaho Community Action Partnership (EICAP) and several other local businesses to provide over 300 local children with cold-season coats.

Snake River Landing is asking the community to bring gently used or new coats (toddler to teen sizes) to the Snake River Landing Discovery Center, located at 901 Pier View Drive, to be donated to families in need. Each person who donates will also receive a $10 gift certificate to Perkins and the opportunity to win a one hour massage at Massage Envy.

Bonneville County Republican Headquarters Now At Snake River Landing

The Bonneville County Republicans have officially moved their new headquarters in the Eagle Cap Executive Suites in Snake River Landing.

“We want to provide our candidates and constituents a local resource to advance the Republican principals expressed in the convention in Minneapolis,” says Damond Watkins, Chairman of the Bonneville County Republican Party, who just returned from the GOP National Convention.

“The headquarters will provide a venue for the public to research the local races and to see the stark ideological differences between John McCain and Barack Obama exist in a few of our local races,” Watkins said.

 The space for the headquarters was donated by Ball Ventures and will be located in the Eagle Cap Executive Suites in Suite 204 at 901 Pier View Drive. The headquarters will be open to the public Monday through Friday, 10 am - 3 pm until the election on November 4, 2008.

Garbett Homes & Snake River Landing Launch Residential Plans

Snake River Landing and Garbett Homes have officially announced the plans for residential at Snake River Landing.

The first phase will include townhomes and condominiums. Floor plans, price sheets and renderings are available at The Snake River Landing Discovery Center, located at 901 Pier View Drive.

Snake River Landing is currently accepting reservations with a $500 refundable deposit, which places you on a priority list to choose your new home in the development once the platting and permitting is complete.

Iggy’s Sports Grill Now Open

Iggy’s Sports Grill- a family restaurant - is now open at Snake River Landing on the corner of Milligan Road and Pancheri Drive.

The sports themed restaurant features tasty fare ranging from classic American (Blackjack Burger) to pasta and seafood (Bistro Scampi Pasta) along with Iggy’s specialty lemonade and their famous “Chili Water.” Comfortable booths, three 10′ plasma screen TVs and upbeat music add to the fun ambiance.
