A Ground Shaking Open House
Thursday, June 28th, 2007The public is getting it’s first look at a new development on the banks of the Snake River in Idaho Falls.
Snake River landing will be an impressive addition to the community.
The ground shaking, open house is underway here, and it’s bringing in a huge crowd.
The main purpose of the project is to bring the community together; and make downtown and this part of town better connected.
This will encompass 400 acres, stretching from Pancheri Drive to Sunnyside Road.
Earlier today on our tour along the Snake River, and we also, spoke to one of the developers.
Stafford Smith, developer: “This area is so beautiful it ought to be shared, in connection with the city and their investment in building the park, and our park, in providing property… We have opportunity to build the crown jewel of the entire area, not just in Idaho Falls but all of south east Idaho.”
The project is well underway, so swing by and check it out.
