Snake River Landing Project
Just across the street from the Taylor’s Crossing development in Idaho Falls is a new project and it’s got many people wondering what’s being planned for this massive piece of prime real estate.
It’s called Snake River Landing and it’s an 18 year long project located along the river between Pancheri and Sunnyside. Ball ventures of Idaho Falls is constructing office buildings right now but we’re told that other plans include townhomes and a gated community of single family homes and a big lake of water is also planned.
Right now, infrastructure work is going on, and more buildings and shops will be built in years to come. A representative for Ball Ventures says more information will be released in May when the plans are finalized.
